Kara James Gordon Band
Kara Gordon & The Wreckage have got to be one of the hardest working bands out there, with 150 plus gigs a year. Between them they have toured NZ, Australia, America, Europe, played at the Hamilton 400s v8 and The Erricson Stadium before Warriors games in front of thousands. They’ve also been on tour with Ritchie Allan and Brandon Reihana as NZ’s version of G3.
Kara Gordon himself, winner of the national rock guitar competition on THE ROCK FM (radio station) also became finalist in the worldwide Dean Guitars Contest judged by some of the worlds greatest guitarists such as Micheal Angelo Batio, Rusty Cooley, Vinnie Moore and Vinnie Paul (Pantera and Trivium). He is also an endorsee of Langcaster guitars NZ (http://www.langcaster.com/) Kara has opened for Ozzie Osbourne, Joe Satriani , Slash and played guitar with Glenn Hughes from Deep Purple, Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd) Tony Levin (John Lennon, King Krimson, solo artist), opened for Elton John at the Forsyth Barr Stadium Dunedin November 2011 and has recently been on tour with Alabama3 in NZ and AUS. These guys are proud to be part of Triple A Records and Triple A is proud to have them on board. They will have an album out soon with a national tour to boot so get out there and check them out.
